What this site collects
stubbornlight.com is a content website. We collect as little as possible: privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views and general usage — no cross-site tracking profiles, no session recording), and any information you choose to send us through the newsletter or contact forms.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address (and any product-interest selections you make) with our email provider solely to send you the newsletter. We never sell or share your address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you promptly.
Contact
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email and used only to respond to you.
Embedded video
Video on this site is served through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), and players only load after you choose to press play. Once playing, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the playback session.
Cookies and storage
We use local storage for one thing: remembering your light/dark theme preference. We do not set advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of anything we hold about you (realistically: your newsletter email and any contact messages) by reaching out through the contact page.
